CPC – Cost-per-Click. How much one click of your PPC ad will cost you, the advertiser.
CPM – Cost-per-Impression. Typically found with display network marketing, for ads that consist of images, audio, or video, and they usually accumulate costs to the advertiser every 1000 times the ad has been displayed.
CTR – Click-through-rate. It’s the ratio of how many times your ad has been clicked over how many times it’s been displayed.
PPC – Pay-per-Click. Ads that only cost the advertiser when they are clicked.
ROI – Return on your investment. In other words, it’s how much money you made from conversions from the ads versus how much you spent for the ads. Obviously, you want your ROI to be in the black and with lots of digits.
